Park & Tennis Court Rules

Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, we’ve updated the rules for our tennis courts and the park/playground areas of the clubhouse. Please note the following updates:

Park Rules

Playground and basketballs are not sterilized; play at your own risk. Social distancing is required:

  • 6 feet between each child NOT in immediate family

  • Limit number of people playing at one time


Tennis Court Rules

  • Battery Park residents & guests only

  • 1 hour time limit if others are waiting

  • Tennis and racket sports only

  • Please close gate when leaving

  • Users of tennis courts will be responsible for any damage caused to courts

  • No bikes, boards, or blades etc. allowed on courts

  • 24-hour video surveillance
